Claire qualified in 2003 and has worked in property law throughout her career dealing with all types of transactions.

Claire's commercial work includes buying and selling all types of commercial property, sales & acquisitions of property on conditional contracts with overage provisions, negotiation of commercial leases and landlord and tenant obligations, management of property portfolios, secured lending (acting for bank's and borrowers), buying and selling of small businesses, dealing with licensed premises (including leases with beer ties), property aspects of large-scale corporate mergers & acquisitions (asset/share deals), development scheme site assembly and set-up, insolvency related property transactions and leasehold enfranchisement.

Joad has worked in Property and Business Law throughout his career accumulating a following of clients that rely on him for advice and guidance.
